Regardless of which species you are performing the dental on, a thorough procedure can be pretty unforgiving on the body. Significant amounts of time hunched over a (usually non-adjustable!) dental table or looking into a horse's mouth while doing tricky extractions can lead to tension in the neck, shoulders and back, as well as the hands, wrists and forearms.
This 30 min class will focus on helping you to relieve those specific areas with a variety of poses, including Neck Stretches, Wrist Circles, Broken Wing (Avabhinna Pakshakasana) variation and Cow Face pose (Gomukhasana).
Suggested prop: Strap.
