Before we lift, we need to ground, so begin with breath and some gentle warm-up poses to get you in to your body - such as Cat-Cow (Bitilasana-Marjaryasana) and Thread the Needle (Parsva Balasana) - before rising up into a flow of Chair (Utkatasana) variations and other standing postures mixed with Vinyasas, including Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II) variations and Triangle Pose (Trikonasana).
Float back down with grounding Camel (Ustrasana), Boat (Navasana) Pose and Gate Pose (Parighasana), before winding down into a well-deserved relaxation and Savasana!
